A rock in the Atlantic Ocean northwest of Ireland. The island has a population of approximately 160 and its own king. There have been kings on Tory Island since the 5th century. The island's location, its harsh climate and since recently the lack of fish and work has gradually diminished its population. The only hope for the survival of the small population are the children of Tory. If they move out, a very old civilization and its' culture will disappear forever.
